Made reservation via phone call for a move into a larger unit. The lady that made the reservation said that she had to leave a note because I was moving into a larger unit and not a new unit, per se. When we went to the appointment, that note was not there, so we had to go over all the details again, before we could view the possible units. Other than that mix up, everything went smoothly.

Nice facility. Only drawback is the carts are broken and hard to roll. They need to be cleaned and oiled periodically.

Our experience with Justin, the manager at this Public Storage facility, was top rate! He was efficient and helpful. The facility itself is very clean, has an elevator, several moving carts (although a couple more would be helpful for those really busy long weekends), and a clean restroom. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with the gentleman who I spoke to. I am sorry I don't remember his name but he did say it was his first day on the job and I was his 1st customer. He treated me very well and being that I am in the customer service industry I know what it takes to be successful and take care of people the right way. With that being said I signed up for a storage space that day and was very pleased with the whole experience.

Excellent Service, Nice Office, Great Selection, Well Maintained - It had been over 10 years since I last rented from here & it still looks just as good as it did then. In fact, I turned down a job, after leaving, because it seemed way to depressing, by how the building & grounds had not been taken care of by comparison to Public Storage . . .

It is nice in Seattle's rainy climate to be able to drive inside to unload or pick up storage items. The carts are handy and the elevator is large. The doorways and turns are a little more narrow though. I went to my unit today for the first time. There are cobwebs and a packet of rat poison so I wonder if rats are a problem? I hope not and I certainly hope no one has food in their space to attract pests!!!

I have been using Public Storage since November 2008. I could not be more pleased with my experience. The manager and staff have been very helpful in finding the right size locker and giving tips in terms of maximizing my experience with storage. I am a very happy customer.
